Strategy
Positioning, offer design, and a growth model grounded in your actual economics.
Outcome: a plan the whole team can execute against.
Marketing · Revenue · Operations
Most businesses don't have a marketing problem — they have a systems problem. I design and build the strategy, automation, and revenue operations that turn guesswork into a repeatable engine.
Strategy · Design · Implementation — not just advice.

What I do
Each engagement connects to a measurable business outcome. No deliverables that sit in a folder.
Positioning, offer design, and a growth model grounded in your actual economics.
Outcome: a plan the whole team can execute against.
The connective tissue: workflows, handoffs, and documentation that keep campaigns shipping.
Outcome: fewer dropped balls, faster launches.
A pipeline you can trust — clean data, stage discipline, and reporting that reflects reality.
Outcome: forecasts you can actually plan around.
Lifecycle flows and campaigns built in whatever platform you run — Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and beyond — that follow up so you don't have to.
Outcome: revenue from the list you already have.
The repetitive work — routing, enrichment, reminders — handled quietly in the background.
Outcome: hours back every week, no missed steps.
Acquisition that's measured against pipeline, not vanity clicks — flat-fee, no percentage games.
Outcome: spend tied to real return.
Dashboards that answer the questions you actually ask, refreshed without manual effort.
Outcome: decisions made on data, not vibes.
Senior marketing direction on your team's cadence, without a full-time hire.
Outcome: a steady hand steering growth.
The philosophy
More ads, more posts, more tactics — it's easy to confuse activity with progress. The businesses that grow predictably aren't doing more. They've built the plumbing underneath: work that's documented, decisions that are measured, and processes that run whether or not anyone's watching.
That's the whole job. Turn effort into an asset that compounds.
The methodology
Five connected pillars. Select one to see how it works.
Before anything gets built, we get honest about the model: who you serve, what they pay for, and the shortest path to more of it. Every later pillar answers to this one.
You leave with a positioning, offer, and growth thesis in writing.
The product ecosystem
The frameworks I build for clients, packaged as products you can run yourself — operating systems, playbooks, prompt libraries, dashboards, and SOPs. Rolling out through 2026.
The full acquisition-to-retention stack for service businesses, ready to deploy.
Turn inbound interest into booked work with a follow-up engine that never sleeps.
Core flows, segments, and templates to stand up lifecycle email in a weekend.
Workflows, SOPs, and dashboards that make a small team run like a big one.
Tested prompts for briefs, ads, emails, and analysis — organized by job to be done.
The backend a new agency needs: onboarding, delivery, and reporting in a box.
One live view of pipeline, spend, and return — connected to the tools you already use.

Who's behind it
I'm Jordan Fletcher. Over nine years and more than 600 campaigns, I've worked both agency-side and in-house, across B2B and B2C, SaaS, service, and product businesses — the space where marketing meets operations, and where campaigns actually get built, tracked, and improved.
Most of what I do isn't clever tactics. It's making sure the pipeline is clean, the follow-up fires, the reporting is honest, and the next person can pick up the work without a two-hour handoff. I'm platform-agnostic by design — HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, whatever fits — because tools should serve the system, never the other way around.
I'm also a mom of two, which is its own daily masterclass in project management, efficiency, and organization. Call it a supernatural sense for keeping a dozen moving parts calm and on track — it's the same instinct I bring to every system I build.
I work best with owners who want a partner that designs, builds, and implements — not a deck and a goodbye. If that's you, we'll get along.
Start a conversationIn their words
Jordan didn't hand us a strategy and disappear. She built the whole system, showed our team how to run it, and our follow-up finally stopped falling through the cracks.
Our outreach used to depend on whoever remembered to send it. Jordan automated the whole thing — now every inquiry gets a response and our calendar stays full.
She built campaigns that actually bring people through the door, then set it all up so we can run it ourselves. Our weekends have never been busier.
Let's talk
Every engagement starts with a short audit so we're solving the real problem, not a guessed one. Send a note and I'll get back within two business days.
